Accommodation
Please make reservation of your accommodation by yourself. The conference will be held in downtown Sendai. There are many hotels around the campus or Sendai station. It is possible to book an accommodation at hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. There are plenty of such places which can be easily booked on all online tourist platforms. We note that Oct-Nov is high season in Sendai and we recommend that you will make the reservations at your earliest convenience.
Transportation from the airport
